Life cycle for client interaction
Hi All,
I aim to develop a life-cycle documentation regarding the client interaction. It starts with the Proposal draft and ends till the client signs off the uploaded website.
1) First conversation with client - Mode(Email)
2) Providing client with a proposal - Mode (Email, IM, Telephone)
3) Discussion and finalization of proposal - Mode(Email, IM, Telephone)
4) First Draft of site
5) Second Draft
6) Final Draft
7) Closing comments
8) Testing
9) Final Approval
10) Authorization for going LIVE !
11) Proposal for maintainance
The mode of communication will be mostly on Email and IM and in rare case Telephone.
I hope to study and put posts regarding the same in coming day. Mostly will add on Weekends, but will be updated regularly.
